Field Hockey Camp

At FSC Field Hockey Camp, athletes of ALL skill and experience levels are welcome and goalies are also encouraged to register.

Free State Camps is offering a summer field hockey skills camp that will be loads of fun, allow your daughter to build lifelong friendships, and dramatically improve their field hockey game. Our camps are instructed by a high school field hockey coach and are geared towards athletes entering 3rd - 9th grade. Through a variety of field hockey drills, games, & development stations, you’ll be able to practice all of the techniques used in the sport, including: 

• Dribbling
• Passing & receiving
• Ball control
• Shooting
• Defensive tackling
• Positioning
• Teamwork
• Agility
• Footwork
• Scanning and tracking
• Goalkeeping skills

• Dates: June 23 - 27, 2025
• Times: 9 - 12pm
• Ages: rising grades 3 - 9
• All abilities welcome
